Add the consumer's land line.  The more ways you have to make contact the better.



Knowing the consumer's favorite color can help you make product recommendations.  Their favorite style completes the information needed to make solid recommendations that can lead to sales.

Get connected on social media.  Collect the consumer's Facebook and Instagram addresses.



Who's is likely to buy a gift for the registrant?  What is that person's email address.  Important to know!
